Vote Description
This resolution by Ted Cruz (CPAC Score 96%) directs the federal government to terminate the use of an over the shore pier on the coast of the Gaza Strip that has not been authorized by Congress and should not be a privileged motion. (Reason for CPAC opposing the point of order) The Senate passed the resolution on July 11, 2024 by a vote of 48-46 so the point of order was well taken but the Resolution was not taken up in the House.
