Vote Description
This bill increases the punishment that may be meted out to individuals who tamper with ballot drop boxes. CPAC supports efforts to increase election integrity and supported this bill as a step in the right direction. The House passed this bill on February 13, 2023 by a vote of 54-16 and the bill later became law.
