This bill prohibits governmental employers from requiring potential and current employees to attend DEI trainings. The bill also prohibits the government from hiring people based on their race. CPAC opposes racism in government decision-making processes and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on January 26, 2024 by a vote of 60-14 and the bill later became law.
