Vote Description
This bill creates the state's largest school voucher program ever, apportionin funds to parents such that they may send their children to the schools best suited to their needs. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 26, 2023 by a vote of 20-8 and the bill later became law.
