Vote Description
This resolution criticizes the coercive and burdensome nature of the ESG regime. It then calls upon the state to take various steps to avoid investing using ESG-adjacent objectives. CPAC believes that the government should not make investment decisions based on ESG principles and supported this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on February 27, 2023 by a vote of 19-5.
