This bill requires schools to, prior to the start of each school year, post the textbooks and curriculum frameworks that they will be using in order to teach their students. CPAC believes that parents should be allowed to know what their child is being taught and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 3, 2023 by a vote of 51-46 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
