Vote Description
This bill requires employers to pay farm laborers and various temporary foreign workers the minimum wage. CPAC opposes the expansion of artificial wage mandates and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on January 24, 2024, by a vote of 50-49, but Governor Youngkin vetoed the bill.
