Vote Description
This bill prohibits individuals from carrying semi-automatic rifles, pistols, or shotguns in places open to the public. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 30, 2023 by a vote of 21-18 but the bill stalled in the House.
