Vote Description
This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that repeals another constitutional amendment defining marriage as a union between one man and one woman. CPAC supports efforts to preserve the true definition of marriage and opposed this resolution. The Senate passed this bill on February 6, 2023 by a vote of 25-14 but the resolution stalled in the House.
