Vote Description
This bill prohibits employers from seeking out the salary history of prospective employees. CPAC believes that the government should not interfere in the relationships between employers and prospective employees and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 22, 2024, by a vote of 21-18, but Governor Youngkin vetoed the bill.
