Vote Description
This bill requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to provide state-funded healthcare to illegal immigrants under the age of 19. CPAC opposes measures that incentivize illegal immigration and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 13, 2024, by a vote of 21-19, but the bill never became law.
