This bill expands Vermont’s renewable energy standard by requiring the state to use 100% renewable electricity by 2035. CPAC opposes measures that will further raise costs to taxpayers and citizens to promote the Left’s radical climate agenda and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 20, 2024 by a vote of 99-39, and the bill later became law.
