This bill loosens age and income eligibility requirements for Vermont’s “Dr Dynasaur” and Medicaid programs. CPAC opposes Medicaid expansion and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 26, 2024 by a vote of 92-39, but the bill did not become law.
