HB 1207
Making it Easier for Schools to Grind their Bootheel into Conservative Students.
2023 - Washington House of Representatives
Vote Description

This bill creates a “primary contact” position at schools to investigate instances of so-called bullying and harassment, especially in relation to transgender students. CPAC recognizes that this measure strengthens the ability of schools to indirectly cram down pronoun mandates through punitive measures onto students and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 13, 2023 by a vote of 64-32 and the bill later became law.
