This bill states that common interest communities may not pass provisions preventing a certain number of people from occupying a particular dwelling. CPAC opposes measures that foist onerous and damaging mandates onto property owners and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 4, 2024 by a vote of 68-29 and the bill later became law.
