This bill reinstates Washington's semiconductor industry tax incentives program, extending its sunset date to 2034. CPAC opposes attempts to subsidize government-favored industries and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 5, 2024 by a vote of 94-1 and the bill later became law.
