This bill vastly expands the definition of "vaccine" to include any immunization approved by the FDA. In doing so, it would delegate further power to the FDA and allow the state to potentially give such products to children. CPAC opposes this arrogation of power to the FDA and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this billon February 1, 2024 by a vote of 29-19 and the bill later became law.
