Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians from performing gender surgeries on or prescribing hormone replacement therapy to minors. CPAC opposes the castration and mutilation of children and supported this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on October 12, 2023 by a vote of 63-35 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
