Vote Description
This bill prohibits the government from maintaining lists documenting individuals who own firearms or from requiring the usage of separate merchant category codes for firearms merchants. CPAC supports efforts to protect the privacy of law-abiding gun owners and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on January 18, 2024 by a vote of 62-35 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
