Vote Description
This bill prohibits local governments from restricting the use of particular devices based on the type of power source that they use. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 7, 2023 by a vote of 22-11 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
