This bill requires the Department of Safety and Professional Services to include additional information about the licenses it doles out in its biennial report to the legislature. CPAC supports efforts to increase government transparency and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 14, 2023 by a vote of 22-11 and the bill later became law.
