This bill requires election observers to be given uniform and nondiscriminatory access to all stages of the election process. CPAC supports this effort to promote election integrity and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 16, 2024 by a vote of 22-10 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
