This bill requires universities that receive public money to allow students to waive vaccination requirements because of their personal convictions. CPAC supports efforts to make the decision to receive a vaccine as voluntary as possible and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 12, 2024 by a vote of 22-10 but Governor Evers vetoed the bill.
