Vote Description
This bill prevents public institutions of higher education from prohibiting licensed individuals from carrying a concealed pistol on campus. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 21, 2023 by a vote of 84-13 and the bill later became law.
