Vote Description
This bill allows teachers with concealed carry licenses to carry firearms on school grounds. CPAC supports Second Amendment freedoms, supports appropriate efforts to protect schoolchildren, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 21, 2024 by a vote of 89-11 but the bill never became law.
