This bill prohibits municipalities and localities from restricting the sale of certain vehicles based on the source of power that they use. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on January 30, 2024 by a vote of 88-8 but the bill never became law.
