This bill deletes provisions that exempted schools, museums, and public libraries from being held liable in certain circumstances for distributing obscene material to minors. CPAC supports efforts to shield minors from pornographic content and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 16, 2024 by a vote of 85-12 but the bill never became law.
