Vote Description
This resolution proposes an amendment to West Virginia’s constitution that would formally bar non-citizens from voting. CPAC believes that non-citizens should not be allowed to vote and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on March 9, 2024 by a vote of 88-10.
