This bill prohibits municipalities and localities from targeting certain businesses with planning and zoning ordinances more restrictive than those applied to other businesses. CPAC supports efforts to protect Second Amendment freedoms and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 19, 2024 by a vote of 33-1 and the bill later became law.
