This bill requires websites that distribute pornography to utilize age verification techniques in order to ensure that they are not providing pornography to minors. CPAC supports efforts to crack down on the propagation of pornography amongst youth and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 7, 2024 by a vote of 33-0 but the bill never became law.
