Vote Description
This bill establishes the West Virginia Agritourism Commission, the likes of which will make recommendations for legislation to promote agritourism. CPAC believes that the government should not involve itself in agritourism and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 21, 2024 by a vote of 34-0 and the bill later became law.
