This bill establishes the Firearms Industry Nondiscrimination Act to prohibit discrimination against firearm entities and trade associations and to provide remedies when such discrimination occurs. CPAC opposes woke financial blacklisting of lawful gun businesses and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-04-09 by a vote of 34-0. The bill later became law.
