Vote Description
This bill extends to 2032 a prohibition that prevents the government from using the power of eminent domain to erect wind energy systems. CPAC opposes eminent domain and supported this bill. The House sustained the Governor’s veto of this bill on February 27, 2023 by a vote of 38-24.
