This bill almost completely bans all abortion procedures in Wyoming. It allows abortions to be performed when the life of the mother is at risk or when the pregnancy is the product of rape or incest. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, supports restrictions on the practice, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 2, 2023 by a vote of 49-10 and the bill later became law.
