This bill prohibits physicians from prescribing treatments to minors with the intent of changing their sex. CPAC opposes the performance of grotesque and unethical procedures on minors and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 2, 2023 by a vote of 22-9 but the bill was not introduced in the House.
