Vote Description
This bill prohibits insurance companies from covering puberty suppressants or procedures that castrate children. CPAC opposes the Left’s abominable attempts to promote the mutilation of children and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 8, 2023 by a vote of 26-5 but the bill stalled in the House.
