As a member of President Trump’s legal team since 2021, she has seen firsthand the lawfare the Left has thrown at President Trump over the last four years.
In 2021, President Trump hired Habba to be part of his legal team. Since then, she has represented Trump numerous times, including in lawsuits against the New York Times, Hillary Clinton, and others. In December of 2024, Trump appointed her to serve as Counselor to the President.
