CPAC is proud to announce that Richard Grenell is a confirmed speaker for the CPAC International Summit in Grapevine, Texas, on March 25th.
Richard Grenell is currently serving as the Special Presidential Envoy for Special Missions of the United States and as a CPAC board member. His extensive political career includes serving as the Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2020, where he oversaw the 17 agencies of the U.S. intelligence community. Prior to this, he served concurrently as the U.S. Ambassador to Germany (2018–2020) and the Special Presidential Envoy for Serbia and Kosovo Peace Negotiations. Grenell’s experience in international diplomacy began in the George W. Bush administration, where he was the Director of Communications and Public Diplomacy for the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2001 to 2008, making him the longest-serving U.S. spokesperson at the UN.
