CPAC is proud to announce that Ambassador Richard Grenell is a confirmed speaker for CPAC USA 2026 in Grapevine, Texas, March 25-28.
Ambassador Grenell is a high-level diplomat and political strategist currently serving as the Special Presidential Envoy for Special Missions of the United States. His extensive career includes serving as the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2020, where he oversaw the 17 agencies of the U.S. intelligence community. Prior to this, he served concurrently as the U.S. Ambassador to Germany (2018–2020) and the Special Presidential Envoy for Serbia and Kosovo Peace Negotiations. Grenell’s experience in international diplomacy began in the George W. Bush administration, where he was the Director of Communications and Public Diplomacy for the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2001 to 2008, making him the longest-serving U.S. spokesperson at the UN. At CPAC, Grenell has advocated for the restoration of American might, outlining clear paths toward ending global conflicts and securing lasting peace, and is a CPAC Board Member.
