CPAC is proud to announce that Bruce Duty is a confirmed speaker for CPAC USA 2026 in Grapevine, Texas, March 25-28.
Bruce Duty is a retired U.S. Army Major and chaplain who currently serves as the Founder and President of CrossCountry3, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders. His professional experience spans over 22 years of active-duty military service, including nine years as an enlisted service member followed by a lengthy career as a Garrison Chaplain. A decorated veteran, he completed two combat deployments to Iraq with the 3rd Infantry and 10th Mountain Divisions, earning honors including the Bronze Star and the Meritorious Service Medal. Since retiring from the military in 2021, he has transitioned into the private sector as a resilience trainer and consultant, utilizing certifications in Master Resilience Training and suicide intervention to assist organizations in operational health.
