Carl Higbie is a former federal official and retired U.S. Navy SEAL who currently serves as a lead primetime host on Newsmax, where he anchors the nightly program Carl Higbie Frontline. Higbie served as a senior Presidential appointee during the Trump administration, holding the position of Chief of External Affairs for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and later serving as the Director of Advocacy for America First Policies. Higbie has been a frequent keynote speaker and contributor at CPAC, where he often advocates for government accountability and a robust national defense. His military background includes two combat deployments to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he reached the rank of Special Warfare Operator, First Class, and was decorated for valor in leadership. Higbie has authored several books, including Battle on the Home Front and Profiles in Freedom, and previously served as a spokesman for Great America PAC, consistently championing constitutional originalism and the rights of veterans.
