Jason Redman to Join CPAC USA 2026

Jason Redman is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant, author, and leadership mentor whose professional experience is defined by 21 years of elite military service and his subsequent career as a motivational speaker. Redman's background includes leading combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he survived being shot eight times during a 2007 ambush—an experience that became the foundation for his "Overcome Mindset" and "Get Off the X" leadership methodologies. Redman is the founder and CEO of SOF Spoken, a training and speaking company, and currently serves as the Chief of Business Development for TurboVets, a technology company focused on veteran employment. His experience also includes founding the Combat Wounded Coalition (formerly Wounded Wear) and authoring the New York Times bestseller The Trident and the leadership guide Overcome.
