CPAC is proud to announce that Joe Mitchell is a confirmed speaker for CPAC USA 2026 in Grapevine, Texas, March 25-28.
Joe Mitchell is a former Iowa state representative, served as a regional director for HUD under the Trump Administration and worked as a Chief of Staff to FHFA. Mitchell was elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2018 at just 21 years old, becoming the youngest state legislator in Iowa history. During his two terms (2019–2023), he rose quickly within leadership, serving as Assistant Majority Leader and Vice Chair of the Ways and Means Committee. In the legislature, he served on key committees including Judiciary, Commerce, State Government, and Ways and Means, giving him direct involvement in shaping economic, legal, and regulatory policy. Mitchell has appeared at past CPAC’s addressing topics like patriotism in our youth and the path forward to encourage GenZ to be more civically engaged. This is an address you won’t want to miss!
