Special missions envoy for President Trump Richard Grenell is a confirmed speaker for CPAC in DC 2025.
Grenell previously served as U.S. Ambassador to Germany and special presidential envoy for Serbia and Kosovo peace negotiations in President Trump’s first term. He recently assisted in the release of six Americans who were held hostage by Hamas.
"These 6 Americans had ZERO help from Joe Biden, Anthony Blinken or Jake Sullivan. Zero. Donald Trump freed them on Day 11," wrote Grenell on X.
He is known for his support of Trump’s peace through strength foreign policy strategy and has spoken at past CPAC conferences on the impact and effectiveness of this strategy in replacing America in a powerful position on the world stage and establishing world peace.
