Stephanie Carlton to Join CPAC USA 2026

CPAC is proud to announce that Deputy Administrator and Chief of Staff at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Stephanie Carlton, is a confirmed speaker for CPAC USA 2026 in Grapevine, Texas, March 25-28.

At CMS, Carlton oversees programs that serve more than 160 million Americans. Before moving to Washington for a tour of duty with the Trump Administration, Carlton was a business leader based out of Texas and taught future business leaders at the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a veteran of the U.S. Senate, where she led healthcare entitlement reform issues on the Finance Committee and wrote the Patients’ Choice Act, introduced by Senator Tom Coburn. Given her passion for pro-life causes, she started her career as a labor and delivery nurse and served on the board of a major pro-life nonprofit.  Stephanie’s experience brings a unique perspective to reshaping American healthcare.
