Take Back Control: Make Your Voice Heard on HHS’s Vaccine Overhaul

For far too long, federal public health agencies have operated behind closed doors, handing down top-down mandates and "one-size-fits-all" guidelines that stripped away basic parental rights and medical freedom to generations of Americans. Bureaucrats in Washington prioritized regulatory convenience and corporate interests over individual liberty, eroding public trust in federal institutions. However, the door has now opened for conservative families, doctors, and constitutional advocates to take back control.

Following President Donald Trump’s executive order directing sweeping reviews of U.S. vaccine policies, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has formally issued a call for public input. This is an unprecedented window of opportunity. The federal government is officially asking the American public how to fix a broken system.

The Facts: What HHS Is Asking

HHS published a notice in the Federal Register containing 18 questions targeted at re-evaluating federal vaccine policy and rebuilding public trust. The agency is asking Americans to weigh in on critical issues:

  • Simpler Vaccine Categories: HHS is asking if current vaccine labels (like "routine" vs. "shared decision") are confusing, and whether new choices, such as "recommended, but not for infants,” would give families better clarity.

  • More Control for Parents & Doctors: "Routine" federal guidelines often turned into strict school mandates. This is a chance for parents and doctors, rather than federal panels, to regain control over individual healthcare decisions.

  • Better Safety & Science: HHS wants to know what safety evidence should be required before approving recommendations. The focus is on requiring long-term health studies over fast-tracked bureaucratic approvals.

  • An End to Mandates & Coercion: Recognizing that COVID-era mandates damaged public trust, HHS is asking how to stop top-down coercion and build a system based on honest communication and consent.

Why Your Voice Is So Important

Liberal special interest groups and health organizations will flood the federal docket attempting to keep things the way they are. If conservative families, independent physicians, and proponents of medical freedom remain silent, Washington bureaucrats will assume Americans are content with top-down mandates and institutional overreach.

As of late August, only a few hundred comments had been submitted. We need thousands of freedom-minded citizens to flood HHS with clear, principled input.

People are not expected to answer all 18 questions in the Federal Register. Sharing personal family experiences, advocating for parental choice, or demanding transparent, gold-standard safety data is more than enough to make an impact.

How to Submit Your Comments

The deadline to submit your input is September 20 at 11:59 PM ET.

  • Online: Visit the official federal portal or submit your comments through the HHS Federal Register notice docket.

  • By Mail: Send written comments to:

For decades, conservatives have championed limited government, constitutional liberty, and the fundamental right of parents to raise their children without government overreach. This is a chance for citizens to put those principles into action. Take five minutes today to submit a comment before the September 20 deadline and demand a healthcare system grounded in liberty, transparency, and personal choice.
