CPAC Statement on SCOTUS Decision on U.S. v. Skrmetti

This morning, the United States Supreme Court upheld the right of states to regulate medical procedures involving minors, delivering a significant victory for child safety and parental rights.


The issue of gender affirming care was adjudicated in the 2024 Presidential election when President Trump took a hard stance in favor of protecting our youth. Now, the Untied States Supreme Court has sided with sanity and affirmed that states have the right to stop these dangerous medical procedures from occurring.


Thank you, President Trump and the United States Supreme Court, for standing up and protecting the most vulnerable in our society, our children.
