The Conservative Political Action Coalition (CPAC) proudly congratulates the United States Senate on passing the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB)—a historic piece of legislation that stands to deliver long-overdue tax relief to millions of working families, fuel sustained economic growth, and restore fiscal sanity by tackling our nation’s runaway deficit.
This bold, commonsense agenda would not have been possible without the decisive leadership of President Trump, whose unwavering commitment to America’s families, small businesses, and future generations made this achievement a reality. CPAC stands firmly with President Trump and the lawmakers who fought to advance this vision.
Despite predictable misinformation campaigns from the left and their media allies, the facts are clear: the OBBB provides overwhelming tax relief to the working class and small businesses—the true backbone of our economy. By reducing burdensome taxes and driving new investment, this bill gives Main Street businesses the tools they need to hire, grow, and compete, strengthening communities nationwide.
The OBBB also takes long-overdue steps to streamline Washington’s bloated bureaucracy. By cutting waste and refocusing federal spending, the bill reins in reckless habits that have burdened taxpayers for decades, putting America on a far more responsible fiscal path.
Most critically, this legislation brings essential sanity to the border crisis unleashed by the Biden Administration. By tightening enforcement and closing dangerous loopholes, the bill helps protect tens of thousands of vulnerable people from exploitation by human traffickers, while restoring order and security at our southern border.
CPAC congratulates the Senate for taking this consequential step. When the final vote arrives in Congress, we will hold every member accountable—because America’s families, small businesses, and future generations deserve nothing less. The House and Senate must negotiate with lightning speed and get this to the desk of President Trump ASAP.
