Refunds will only be permitted in the following specific circumstances: The donation was made in error, had an incorrect amount, or the selected charity was not that intended by the donor The donation was not authorized by the donor If you believe any donation made through this website or any affiliated online payment mechanism was done so without your knowledge or through fraudulent activity, you must inform the CPAC Action PAC (formerly ACU PAC) within 30 days by sending the dispute and transaction details to CPAC@Conservative.org . If a refund is permitted the donor is responsible for contacting their tax advisor to determine if their tax return needs to be amended based on a charitable deduction no longer being valid. PERSONAL INFORMATION You may be required to provide personal information such as credit card information and billing information to an independent third party (“Processor”) that we choose in order to facilitate transactions on the CPAC Action PAC (formerly ACU PAC) donations portal. In some instances, we may choose a Processor to not only collect your financial information and process your order, but also to fulfill your donation.
